So week 2 has already gone by! Hasn't time flown??! On Tuesday we finished correcting the grammar quiz and I was happy to see that most of you remember what you learnt last year; well done!! :) Then we had a quick look at the book and you thought about five places you would like to visit, and five places you have no desire to visit ever. Feel free to post a comment with your ten places!!

On Thursday we corrected a reading text about a family who had travelled to Paris on the Eurostar. In that text we learnt plenty of vocabulary to describe our travel experience, and we also saw some useful collocations.
Finally, we did a listening about New York City. Here you have the video and the activities (with the key) in case you want to repeat it at home.

With 4º CAL we also had time to revise comparatives and relative clauses. 4ºA will do it next week.
For homework, remember to do page 8 and exercise 10 on page 9 (Student's Book).
Have a nice weekend and see you on Tuesday!
